Cancellation Policy: Written requests for cancellation received 15 business days or more before the training start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 15 business days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund, or participants can choose to receive a 100% course credit, valid for 12 months from the original course date, or transfer their registration to another participant.
